We are looking for a strong Assistant Site Manager to join a construction project in Hereford. This is a short-term role (a few months) where you will play a key part in helping get the site over the line.
The Role

Support the Site Manager in day-to-day site operations
*
Supervise trades and subcontractors
*
Ensure health & safety compliance at all times
*
Help maintain quality, programme, and productivity
*
Contribute to the successful completion of the project
Requirements
*
Proven experience as an Assistant Site Manager or similar role
*
Strong leadership and communication skills
*
Confident on-site, hands-on where needed
*
Reliable transport to Hereford
