About the role
Your role will be performing maintenance, servicing, and repairs on LEVC products, along with pre-delivery inspections on new vehicles.
Responsibilities
* Complete scheduled vehicle servicing and repair in line with manufacturer guidelines.
* Undertake diagnostic activities to identify causes and solutions for customer vehicle issues.
* Ensure vehicle servicing activities are completed in a safe and high-quality manner, in line with manufacturer requirements.
* Liaise directly with customers and service advisors, providing outstanding customer service.
* Conduct electronic visual health checks on all vehicles and provide a comprehensive report with expert advice and recommendations for customers.
* Complete the necessary documentation in respect to warranty work. Maintain a clean and safe work bay.
Experience to succeed
* Strong focus on customer service with the ability to communicate technical information to a non-technical audience.
* Must be a qualified Vehicle Technician with a formal qualification in Automotive City & Guilds/NVQ Level 3 in Light Vehicle Maintenance (or equivalent qualification).
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
* Have a track record of delivering results as an automotive technician within the franchised automotive sector.
* Experienced supporting a sizeable, fast-moving business.
* Must have own tools available and a clean valid UK Driving License.
