Overview
DVLA Enforcement Officer — NSL delivers outsourced business services to the public and private sectors, including comprehensive parking and street management solutions. Enforcement Officers play a part by clamping untaxed vehicles on behalf of the DVLA.
Responsibilities
* Liaises with members of the public and provides advice regarding clamping and fines.
* Advises the public on payment methods and other issues regarding enforcement action taken on their vehicle.
* Works alongside other agencies when required, including Police, DVLA and DVSA.
* Deals with enquiries from the public regarding enforcement action and ensures relevant information packs are available.
* Ensures all vehicles and enforcement equipment are serviced and fit for purpose; reports faults to the Manager.
* Completes daily reports regarding activities.
Qualifications
* Full UK Driving Licence
* Excellent communication skills
* Self-motivated
* Customer focused
* Ability to work shifts
* Ability to work on own initiative
* Previous experience in a similar role would be ideal but not essential
* Ability to work shifts: Monday – Friday 8:30–17:30 and every other Saturday 9:00–12:00
