Civil Enforcement Supervisor – Contribute towards the management of Lancashire's highway network by ensuring that highway users comply with parking and traffic regulations.
You will work with the team manager to supervise and coordinate the CEO workforce to ensure that the service is fully operational on a day-to-day basis and meeting the overall service requirements and KPIs. The key objectives of the role are:
* Optimise the deployment of CEOs to ensure compliance with parking and traffic rules and regulations.
* Support CEOs in identifying and taking appropriate action against non-compliance.
* Ensure that enforcement action taken is appropriate and accurate across the county.
* Ensure customers and stakeholders receive the highest standards of service.
Whether patrolling the highway or office-based, you will use a range of ICT to undertake the role. When patrolling you will be required to wear a uniform. Full training and a uniform will be provided.
The post is a full-time position (37 hours per week). Your normal working base will be: East — LCC Heasandford Depot, Widow Hill Road, Burnley, BB10 2TJ
However, the successful candidate must be flexible and able to work agile as the role requires, with potential deployment to a range of locations. The role is not solely office based; you may attend site meetings and work flexibly. The Parking and Traffic enforcement function operates seven days a week, so you will be expected to ensure that staff are supported throughout the entire week with suitable team leader coverage.

Prior to taking up the role you will undergo health screening and an enhanced DBS check. Successful candidates will be required to complete and pass all necessary training and accreditation within 6 months of starting employment.
