I am working with a leading B2B organisation to recruit a Head of Marketing into their growing team. They are looking for an experienced and forward-thinking Head of Marketing to lead our marketing strategy and drive market growth and improve lead generation activities. This role will suit a data driven marketer.. you will use data, analytics and regular reporting to optimise performance across all channels and make informed decisions.
The role:
Develop and execute the company's marketing strategy across digital and traditional channels.
Build a cohesive content, digital growth, and event marketing strategy that increases awareness and supports revenue growth.
Customer segmentation and insight-led planning
Manage budgets effectively, optimising spends across all channels.
Monitor all marketing KPIs using analytics platforms and report performance to senior management.
Conduct in-depth analysis to anticipate challenges, spot opportunities, and stay ahead of competitors in emerging markets.
Manage multiple concurrent campaigns from concept to delivery, ensuring performance is tracked and optimised through analytics and testing.
Support new product launches and brand initiatives, working closely with Product, Sales, and Digital teams to align marketing strategy to commercial priorities.
Lead, coach, and develop a small marketing team to deliver high-impact results.The ideal candidate:
Strong experience within B2B environments (construction, transport, logistics, industry, or facilities managements).
Results-oriented, highly data-driven decision maker
Exceptional communication, presentation, and reporting skills.
Track record in lead generation, conversion optimisation, and performance marketing across multiple channels.
Strong grasp of CRM, automation, and analytics tools.
Hybrid working - office based 3 days a week.
