We’re looking for a candidate with experience in a management/ leadership role within the FMCG manufacturing industry, with a proven ability to create a culture to deliver, empower and optimise performance across site. As a key member of the leadership team, you will take ownership of leading, motivating, and developing a team of up to 100 individuals.
