Product Manager – £45,000-£60,000 pa – Liverpool (Hybrid) Full time.

Key Responsibilities:
Develop and articulate product strategy aligning with company goals.
Create and maintain a product roadmap prioritizing features based on business impact.
Conduct analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Gather and analyse feedback to inform product development.
Work closely with teams to ensure product objectives are met.
Lead ideation, technical development, and launch of product features.
Define and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for product success.
Serve as key product evangelist, communicating strategies and updates.
Collaborate to ensure superior user experience aligning with customer needs.
Collaborate with the software team to ensure the product delivers a superior user experience that aligns with customer needs and expectations.

The Person
Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field; MBA preferred.
Minimum 5 years' product management experience, preferably in med-tech.
Proven track record of managing successful products.
Strong problem-solving skills and analytical thinking.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Agile/Scrum/Waterfall methodologies.
Proficiency in specific tools/software, e.g., JIRA, Asana, Trello, etc.
Experience in software development essential.
Medical software experience desirable.
