What We’re Looking For NMC registration as a Registered General Nurse (RGN). Previous experience in a nursing home, complex care, or disability setting is desirable. Strong clinical skills with the ability to assess, plan, deliver, and evaluate care. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities. Empathy, patience, and a commitment to delivering person-centred care. Ability to adapt to the needs of residents with complex health conditions. Carry out clinical assessments, create care plans, and regularly review progress. Administer medications and monitor treatment outcomes in line with NMC standards. Support residents in maintaining dignity, independence, and quality of life. Work collaboratively with care staff, families, and external professionals to ensure holistic care.
