Are you a passionate and dedicated SEN Teacher with the ability to teach English & Maths up to GCSE Foundation level? 1. Deliver engaging and differentiated Maths lessons to students working at GCSE Foundation level.
2. Support students with a range of additional needs, including SEMH, ADHD, and ASD.
3. Work closely with a multidisciplinary team including teaching assistants, pastoral staff, and external agencies.
4. Create a positive and inclusive classroom environment that promotes learning and emotional wellbeing.
5. Contribute to the wider schoolmunity and uphold the school’s values and ethos.
What You'll Need to Succeed:
6. Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent.
7. Experience working in an SEN or alternative provision setting is highly desirable.
8. Strong subject knowledge in Maths and English, with the ability to teach up to GCSE Foundation level.
9. Excellent behaviour management skills and a trauma-informed approach.
10. A genuine passion for supporting vulnerable learners and helping them achieve their potential.
