Help us create the perfect touring and camping experience! We’re looking for a hands‑on, friendly and proactive Touring Warden to support guests across our touring pitches and facilities. If you enjoy a varied role that blends customer service, grounds care and on‑park support, this is the ideal opportunity to make a real difference to our guests’ holidays. As a Touring Warden, you’ll play a key part in ensuring our touring guests enjoy a safe, clean and well‑presented environment. You’ll greet guests on arrival, help them to their pitch, support them throughout their stay and maintain exceptional standards across the touring grounds. This role combines practical work, great customer service and teamwork - all focused on delivering a brilliant experience from arrival through to departure. What you will be doing Meet and welcome touring guests on arrival, escorting them to their allocated pitch. Provide friendly, professional support for guest queries, concerns and on‑park assistance. Build positive relationships with guests and share information about park facilities, services and activities. Maintain high cleanliness standards across touring facilities, including toilets, showers and waste disposal areas. Empty bins, manage waste and recycling areas and ensure they remain clean and compliant. Check for litter around touring grounds and dispose of waste safely and appropriately. Work alongside the Maintenance team to keep touring grounds well‑presented - this may include grass cutting, strimming and other practical tasks. About you A good working knowledge of general maintenance, grounds work or practical tasks. Strong problem‑solving skills with the ability to stay calm and effective under pressure. Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable manner. A full UK Driving Licence. Flexibility to work weekends, evenings and bank holidays.
