About The Role:
Shift Pattern: Monday to Friday 8am - 4pm
We are seeking an organised and proactive Engineer Team Coordinator to manage the allocation of maintenance tasks, oversee subcontractor relationships, and ensure compliance with health and safety standards. This role is pivotal in coordinating internal teams and external contractors to deliver efficient and high-quality service.
Key Responsibilities
* Reactive Maintenance Allocation: Assign tasks to internal engineering teams and external contractors promptly and effectively.
* Planned Maintenance Allocation: Schedule and coordinate planned maintenance activities to minimise downtime.
* Reporting: Produce accurate reports for both reactive and planned maintenance activities.
* Subcontractor Management: Oversee subcontractor performance, ensuring adherence to contractual obligations and quality standards.
* Quoted Works Management: Manage and track quoted works from initiation to completion.
* Health & Safety and Compliance: Ensure all activities comply with health and safety regulations and company standards.
Candidate Criteria
* Qualifications: IOSH (or equivalent) – desired.
* Skills:
o Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
o Strong organisational abilities with attention to detail.
o Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
o Knowledge of CAFM (Computer‑Aided Facility Management) systems.
* Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities effectively.
