A day in the life of a Breakfast Chef: Preparing and cooking breakfast (full English breakfasts, sandwiches etc) Checking all food is compliant with allergens and Natasha’s law. Completing daily paperwork to cover due diligence. Checking, probing, and signing of all food deliveries, stock ordering and maintaining kitchen records. Monitoring and recording temperatures of fridges, freezers, hot cabinets, and serveries. Assisting in daily and weekly kitchen deep cleans.
