This role is key to ensuring vehicles are safe, compliant, and operating efficiently, while acting as a vital link between drivers, operational teams, and management.
About the Role
You will be responsible for coordinating fleet activities, maintaining accurate records, and ensuring compliance with all regulatory and company requirements. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams, EDF Fleet, and external suppliers.
Key Responsibilities
1. Maintain accurate and up-to-date fleet records, including vehicle movements, renewals, and replacements
2. Coordinate vehicle maintenance, servicing, and MOT schedules
3. Monitor fleet usage and driver behaviour through telematics systems
4. Manage driver documentation, including licence checks, risk assessments, and declarations
5. Oversee fuel cards, EV charging cards, and fleet-related systems
