We’re looking for compassionate and reliable Female Support Workers to join our growing team in Falkirk and the surrounding areas.
Due to the nature of the role, this position is open to female applicants only (in line with Schedule 9, Part 1 of the Equality Act 2010).
Where You’ll Work
You should live in, or be able to travel across:
1. Falkirk
2. Braes
3. Denny
4. Grangemouth
5. Bo’ness
A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle is essential, as you’ll be travelling between service users’ homes.

Pattern 1: 4 Days On / 4 Days Off
6. Full-Time: 7:00am–1:30pm & 3:30pm–9:30pm OR 7:00am–2:00pm & 2:00pm–9:00pm
7. Part-Time: Morning or evening shifts available
Pattern 2: 2-Week Rolling Rota
8. Week 1: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday, Sunday
9. Week 2: Wednesday, Thursday, Friday
10. Includes alternate weekends off
11. Full-Time & Part-Time options available
About the Role
As a Support Worker, you’ll play a vital role in supporting individuals to live safely and comfortably at home. Your day-to-day tasks may include:
12. Supporting with personal care and hygiene
13. Preparing and serving meals
14. Medication prompts and administration
15. Catheter care
16. Providing companionship and emotional support

22. Drivers with access to a vehicle
This role involves regulated work with vulnerable adults and will require a PVG check under the Protection of Vulnerable Groups (Scotland) Act 2007.
