Your Mission
* Inspire, mentor, and lead our talented Facilities and Shopping Centre Management teams.
* Champion service excellence across a diverse UK property portfolio.
* Drive strategic initiatives, from ESG leadership to cutting-edge Flexible Workspace projects.
* Shape high-impact facilities strategies that align with our company's vision and values.
* Build strong client relationships, tackle complex challenges, and deliver outstanding results.
* Lead procurement, risk management, mobilisation, and financial optimisation strategies.
* Be the voice of innovation, compliance, and operational excellence on the Board.
What You Bring
* Senior leadership experience in Facilities Management with a hands-on, proactive approach.
* Deep knowledge of health, safety, and environmental compliance.
* Expertise in contract management, team development, and strategic delivery.
