Site Agent required for top tier one main contractor.
Navartis is working with a Top Main Contractor who operate in Civil Engineering & Infrastructure sectors and work on many prestigious major projects across the UK in roads, highways, airports, rail and infrastructure.
You would join their team as a Site Agent and work on one of their major highways projects.
They have completed numerous projects and frameworks around the UK and have some prestigious schemes that they are currently working on so are looking to add to their around South Oxfordshire.
Experience required:
Civil Engineering / Highways Sector background
5 years + experience
Experience of managing engineering teams
Strong time management
Main contractor or large subcontractor background
Ideally progressed from Site Engineer background into management.
Excellent communication skills
Degree (Desirable)
Duties include:
Project leadership, managing onsite engineering team
Assisting the project manager
Stakeholder management, working with the client and management of subcontractors
Responsible for project delivery and onsite engineering works.
Contract Management - NEC
Quality management / quality assurance
Planning and program management
Health and safety
My client is also open to hearing from Sub Agents who are looking to progress to Site Agent.
Further details:
Tier one main contractor with lots of work ongoing, and some excellent projects to be working on.
Project based near Didcot. Working on new highways project involving dual carriageway and new bridges and viaduct.
Salary negotiable depending on your experience level - happy to pay market rates.
