Oakley School is an all-through school on the edge of South Leamington in Warwickshire. We welcomed our first Year 7 cohort in September 2023 and first Reception cohort in September 2024; we continue to welcome a new group every year until the school is complete up to Year 11. We are looking for an Assistant Headteacher to join our senior leadership team and support our first Key Stage 4 cohort. The right candidate will have a strong track record of achieving excellent outcomes for pupils, experience of working as part of a team to achieve the highest expectations, and a real passion for making a difference in the lives of young people.
