We’re launching an ambitious new combat sports project andbuilding a creative team around it.

We’re looking for Assistant Producers who are full ofideas, editorially sharp and excited by the challenge of creating content thatcuts through in a crowded digital world.

This role is ideal for someone who loves sport, understandsstorytelling, and wants to work across everything from premium features andinterviews, to social content, promos and live event output.

You’ll be part of a collaborative creative team developingcontent for global audiences across YouTube, digital, social and broadcastplatforms, shaping ideas from the earliest stages right through to delivery.

Combatsports knowledge is a bonus, not a requirement. Curiosity, creativity and astrong instinct for what makes audiences engage, matter more.

What we’re looking for:

· A creatively driven Assistant Producer withstrong editorial instincts and excellent attention to detail.

· Someone who can spot a strong story, shapeideas quickly and think visually from the outset.

· Experience producing promos, trailers,features, interviews, openers and social-first content.

· A confident self-editor with good workingknowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro.

· An instinctive understanding of pacing, shotselection and storytelling structure.

· Someone comfortable juggling multiple projectsand reacting positively in fast-moving production environments.

· A collaborative thinker who enjoys developingideas with producers, editors and motion graphics designers.

· Strong communication skills and confidencecontributing creatively within a team.

· Experience working across Outside Broadcasts atlive sports events and fast-turnaround productions is highly desirable.

· A genuine passion for sport.

· French and/or Spanish language skills are abonus, but not essential.

Your Mission:

· Develop and produce creative content acrossdigital, social, YouTube and broadcast platforms.

· Research stories, write briefs and help shapeoriginal content ideas and recurring formats.

· Produce promos, features, interviews, socialcontent and reactive event coverage.

· Plan and run shoots, including multi-camerasetups and location filming.

· Self-shoot where required.

· Work closely with editors through the post-productionprocess, driving narrative, tone and pacing.

· Collaborate with graphic designers to helpbring creative ideas to life visually.

· Ensure music and audio design is on point.

· Ensure all output is accurate, well-researchedand delivered to a high editorial standard.

· Help maintain fresh creative thinking acrossthe team, contributing ideas, references, highlighting trends and offering newapproaches.

Please note that responsibilities may be amended,added to, or removed to reflect the changing needs of the production ororganisation

The Skills You Bring:

· Strong editorial judgement and storytellingability.

· A good level of self-editing ability inPremiere Pro.

· Knowledge of After Effects and Adobe CreativeSuite is advantageous.

· Experience running shoots and managingcontributors.

· Confidence working across multiple formats,workflows and deadlines.

· Ability to collaborate effectively acrossproduction, editorial and post-production teams.

· Experience producing both linear anddigital-first content is desirable.

· A strong understanding of what makes contentwork across modern platforms and audiences.

Location:

The base for this position is Kew, London.

Working Days:

5 day week – 4 days in office, 1 day working from home.

You will be expected to work with the team to plan a schedule based onproduction requirement.

This role will involve some weekend work.
