About the role
This is a night shift position, ideal for someone eager to work nights and be part of a dynamic team focused on achieving targets and success.
You will ensure customer needs are exceeded at all times while working across various store areas—restocking shelves, serving at tills, managing stock, or picking deliveries. No two days are the same, but every task matters in delivering excellent service efficiently.
We seek someone with a proactive attitude, passionate about customer service, and willing to go the extra mile.
Responsibilities
* Accurately picking and dispatching goods using a handheld terminal, and reporting discrepancies to the Manager.
* Checking quality, shelf life, and packaging integrity in preparation for delivery.
* Providing high standards of customer service by processing deliveries efficiently and meeting targets.
* Polite communication with delivery staff, appropriately responding to queries and complaints, and escalating complex issues.
