About the Role
As a Client Principal, you’ll play an integral role in expanding our client base and network to grow the Financial Services business across the UK.
Entrepreneurial, results-driven, with a passion for technology, you will use your solution selling and relationship-building skills to make a difference and help organizations understand what is possible.
You will be a key member of the UK Leadership team, helping define technology solutions to solve customer problems in Financial Services, aligned with team capabilities and strategy.
What you’ll do
* Sell a range of work packages in technology business development within Financial Services, including consulting, digital transformation, and Managed Services.
* Identify new business opportunities with potential and existing clients, proactively finding solutions to meet their needs.
* Negotiate business contracts with clients.
* Analyze the target market to suggest service improvements.
* Develop business plans and strategies for new markets, clients, partnerships, and services to achieve revenue and margin goals.
About You
The ideal candidate should be passionate about working in a dynamic team to solve industry problems across technology and business sectors.
You should have extensive business development experience in the technology sector, with a strong network of contacts, preferably in a senior role within a leading consultancy.
Experience in selling strategic, digital, and technological solutions in Financial Services is essential, with deeper expertise in Strategy, digital, data and analytics, or Technology and Engineering.
You demonstrate high energy, integrity, and a proven track record of exceeding performance expectations in revenue generation and client management.
You are skilled in developing and strengthening peer-to-peer relationships with clients.
You can engage with diverse teams, motivate others, and communicate complex ideas clearly and succinctly.
You work collaboratively, prioritize workload effectively, and meet deadlines.
You possess strong functional knowledge in strategy, business development, account management, marketing, sales, and digital development.
