Health and Safety Advisor - Construction
A regional construction company based in Lincolnshire is seeking a Health and Safety Advisor to join their team. The company has a strong reputation for quality and on-time delivery across Lincolnshire and northern regions.
1. Support project teams with safety matters on-site, conduct inspections, and participate in site meetings and audits.
2. Collaborate with project and on-site teams to provide practical safety advice, produce accident reports, and conduct investigations.
3. Report directly to the Head of Health and Safety, acting as the primary contact for projects in Lincolnshire and surrounding areas.
4. Build and maintain strong relationships with management and project delivery teams to influence safety practices.
5. Must have experience in the construction industry, with a track record of working with Contracts Teams and Site Managers.
6. CDM knowledge is essential; experience with ISO management systems is a plus.
7. Ideal candidates will have a NEBOSH Construction Certificate and 3-5 years of on-site experience with principal or sub-contractors.
8. Willingness to travel within the region; some office work is expected, with flexible working arrangements provided.
