We are currently working on an excellent opportunity for a Senior Associate Real Estate Solicitor to join a Top 200 City law firm in London.
This is a highly regarded, long-established City practice with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality commercial Real Estate work to an impressive and long-standing client base. The firm is well known for its technical strength, stability in the market and consistently high standards across its Real Estate offering.
The Real Estate team advises on a broad range of complex and high-value matters, including acquisitions and disposals, landlord and tenant work, asset management and development projects. Senior lawyers are trusted with a high level of autonomy, strong client exposure and genuine involvement in the strategic direction of matters.
At Senior Associate level, this role will play a key part within the team. You will work closely with highly respected Partners, take responsibility for a varied and high-quality caseload, and be actively involved in developing and maintaining key client relationships. There is also a clear expectation that you will contribute to the supervision and development of junior lawyers within the practice.
Key responsibilities include:
• Managing a broad commercial Real Estate caseload, including acquisitions, disposals, landlord and tenant, asset management and development matters
• Acting as a key point of contact for clients and developing long-term relationships
• Supporting Partners on complex, high-value and strategically significant transactions
• Supervising and mentoring junior team members
• Contributing to business development and wider team growth initiatives
