Job Description
We are looking for a compassionate and flexible Complex Care Assistant to support a client with autism and epilepsy. The role involves assisting with meal preparation, domestic duties, arranging and attending medical and personal appointments, supporting medication, and accessing the local community.
Qualifications
* Previous experience in a support worker or care assistant role, especially with complex needs.
* Medication administration.
* Moving & handling equipment.
* Managing challenging behaviour.
* Caring for clients that are non-verbal.
* Experience with autism & epilepsy.
* Full valid UK manual driving licence (essential).
