Main Responsibilities:
* Deliver patient-centered care and evaluate the health needs of your patients.
* Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary teams.
* Administer treatments and medications as prescribed.
* Monitor and report on patients' health status and progress.
* Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management.
* Ensure adherence to best practices, policies, and healthcare regulations.
* Maintain accurate and thorough patient records.
* Work autonomously and with minimum supervision when required.
Requirements
* Current NMC Pin with relevant UK experience
* Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
* Able to work effectively under pressure and in dynamic environments
* Commitment to ethical nursing practices and patient advocacy
