Description
Fram is working with a growing financial planning firm in Kent that is looking to engage with a Financial Adviser to support its expanding client base. The business has a consistent flow of clients and is set up to allow advisers to focus on advice delivery and relationship management, rather than sourcing activity. The role follows a hybrid model, combining office-based work, remote engagement, and in-person client meetings.
The position blends desk-based advice with face-to-face interaction, using technology to deliver efficient and consistent client outcomes. Advisers are provided with clients and supported by established processes, allowing time to be spent on planning work across investments, pensions, and wider financial needs. The firm has invested in its systems and infrastructure, creating an environment where technology is central to how advice is delivered and managed.
Applicants must have the right to work in the UK. The role is suitable for a CAS‑qualified Financial Adviser who is comfortable working across digital and in-person channels, values a structured, well‑supported setting, and is organised, confident with technology, and able to build relationships through a mix of communication methods. Strong technical knowledge and a practical approach to advice will be important.
