Join to apply for the New Car Sales Executive role at Retail Renault Group UK Ltd.
This role is based in Orpington (BR6) in a busy dealership environment with a showroom featuring Renault and Dacia models.
Responsibilities
* Sell new cars and add-ons (finance, insurance, extended warranties, service plans and other options) to customers to enhance earnings.
* Provide excellent customer care as part of a Sales Team; contribute to showroom presentation and customer experience.
* Assist customers with demonstrations and test drives; promote latest models including hybrid and electric options.
* Work toward sales targets and participate in a dynamic commission-based compensation structure.
Qualifications
* Experience in motor vehicle retail, preferably with a main dealer.
* Confident and determined to succeed with a track record in commission-based sales (ideally in motor retail).
* Excellent personal presentation and customer service skills.
* Full UK Driving Licence required; UK automatic-only licence holders will also be considered. A valid licence is essential for test drives and eligibility to the Company Car scheme.
Working hours and compensation
* Average minimum 45 hours per week on a 5.5-day week rotating schedule (2-week rota); includes Saturdays and Sundays.
* Basic salary £25,500 per annum, uncapped commission; on-target earnings ~£51,000 per year, top performers around £75k pa.
