Join the Care Assistant - Nights role at Carebase. This is a permanent full-time contract working 48 hours per week, including nights, with weekday and alternate weekend shifts.
Responsibilities
* Provide personal care to residents, including bathing, eating, bathroom assistance, mobility, and engaging activities.
* Follow electronic care plans for each resident and administer medication as prescribed, maintaining accurate records.
* Remain alert to residents’ physical and mental wellbeing and uphold high standards of cleanliness and safety in the home.
About the Role
As a Care Assistant (Nights), you’ll build warm, supportive relationships with residents, learning their likes, dislikes, and needs.
