Executive Assistant\nSouth Wales - Hybrid\nSalary: £35,000\n\nWe're looking for a proactive and highly organised Executive Assistant to work closely with the senior leadership team of one of our clients. This role goes beyond traditional diary and travel management - you'll also be trusted to lead your own projects, make decisions, and take the initiative to keep things moving without constant direction.\n\nYou'll act as the central link between executives, colleagues, and external partners, ensuring priorities are delivered efficiently and effectively. If you're a self-starter who enjoys juggling multiple responsibilities and thrives on making an impact, this could be your ideal next move.\n\nWhat You'll Do\n\nLeading & Supporting Projects\n\nManage your own projects from planning through to delivery, ensuring timelines, budgets, and quality standards are met.\n\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather information, track progress, and resolve issues quickly.\n\nSupport executive-led initiatives by coordinating activities and ensuring agreed outcomes are achieved.\n\nStreamlining Executive Workflows\n\nMaintain complex calendars, balancing competing priorities and last-minute changes.\n\nArrange domestic and international travel, accommodation, and itineraries.\n\nOversee inboxes, prioritising urgent items and drafting responses where required.\n\nDriving Communication & Collaboration\n\nBe the first point of contact for senior leaders, representing them professionally in all interactions.\n\nDraft and review correspondence, presentations, and reports for leadership and board use.\n\nFacilitate the smooth exchange of information between teams and departments.\n\nOperational Excellence\n\nOrganise meetings and events, including hospitality and technical set-up.\n\nManage expense claims, purchase orders, and liaise with finance for approvals.\n\nProvide occasional administrative support to other members of the leadership team.\n\nEnhancing Professional Image\n\nMaintain and optimise executives' professional profiles, ensuring they reflect strategic priorities.\n\nDriving Improvements\n\nSuggest and implement new systems, tools, and processes to improve efficiency.\n\nContinuously adapt administrative practices to suit evolving business needs.\n\nWhat We're Looking For\n\nSolid experience in a senior Executive Assistant or high-level administrative role.\n\nProven ability to manage projects independently from concept to completion.\n\nExceptional organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities.\n\nStrong communication skills - written, verbal, and interpersonal.\n\nHigh proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel).\n\nA proactive, adaptable, and solutions-focused approach.\n\nDiscretion, professionalism, and attention to detail.\n\nIdeal Personal Qualities\n\nSelf-motivated and confident in making decisions.\n\nCalm under pressure, even in fast-changing situations.\n\nA people-focused communicator who builds trust quickly.\n\nCommitted to delivering high-quality work on time, every time.\n\nBy applying to this advert you are giving CPS Group (UK) Ltd authority to hold and process your data for this specific role and any other roles we may deem suitable to you over time.
