The primary purpose of the role is to supervise and manage a team of static/mobile engineers, making sure that all PPM and Reactive Works are completed in a safe and timely manner and in accordance with the contracted output specifications, processes and procedures. The position is to ensure that all required Building Engineering services as per the Engineering Building strategy is carried out. The position will require you to provide engineering support in emergency situations to ensure business and operational continuity. The Role:
* Manage the day to day client issues / queries
* Support the FM with client complaints
* Scheduling / reassigning works to engineers / sub-contractors
* Quotes and delivery of (TIER 2, over £5k which is time consuming obtaining VFM comparative quotations)
* Positive Legionella sample management
* WRA review / management
* Overtime - managing requests / updating tracker / booking OOH access
* Client monthly meetings
* Audits - iAudits (H&S / compliance) / CPIG / WT / H&S / SHEQ and subsequent actions
* IMS and subsequent actions
* Holiday / Expense / Absence management (SAP management)
* TBT's
* Interviewing / onboarding new starters
* Adhoc senior management requests
* Updating of LSST
* Engineering cover, when required
* Team meetings
* Multi skilled engineer with a qualified discipline with at least 5 years' experience
* Team working experience
* Must have the balanced ability to think clearly in extreme circumstances
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Word and Outlook
* Experience of using a CAFM system
* Good experience and track record in working in Facilities Management
* Good knowledge of building services and legislation.
