Responsibilities
* Develop professional relationships with customers and optimize base sales, NPD & promotions.
* Ensure visibility in retailers and deliver sales capabilities.
* Achieve field KPI's and meet annual objectives.
Key Activities
* Maximize visual impact and shelf availability through merchandising techniques.
* Implement and monitor promotional activities.
* Manage placement and implementation of point-of-buy materials.
* Report on activities and results.
Qualifications
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Solid knowledge of sales and negotiation processes.
* Strong analytical skills.
* Sales experience, preferably in FMCG/CPG.
* Perseverance and attention to detail.
