Location: Newark Duration: October 14th – October 31st (exclusive of weekends) Hours: 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM, Monday to Friday (35 hours per week) Your Role: You will be the welcoming face and administrative hub of the site, responsible for: Front of House Duties: Managing the reception area, greeting all visitors and contractors, and ensuring sign-in procedures are followed. Administrative Support: Answering and directing incoming phone calls, managing mail and deliveries, and handling general office tasks. Site Support: Assisting the site team with basic data entry, filing, and managing documentation as required.
