Working from the comfort of your home and on-site in our Newcastle office twice weekly, we’ll give you all the training, cutting-edge technologies, and the continuing support you’ll need to succeed.
What You Will Do In This Role
* Dealing with donors on behalf of a leading humanitarian organization through outbound calling, email, chat & social media.
* Passionate about building relationships and establishing trust with supporters with a view to securing ongoing donations.
* Being able to work professionally and efficiently dealing with donors to maintain and drive great results.
Qualifications Required
* Excellent communication skills in English and German, both oral and written.
* Ability to influence others.
* A minimum of 6-12 months’ experience within a customer focused role.
* A passion to deliver exceptional results.
* An adaptable approach when dealing with supporters.
* Ability to maintain confidentiality.
* Effective listening skills.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport.
* Strong attention to detail.
* PC literate with the ability to use multiple systems.
Preferred:
* Previous experience within a fundraising role
