Working Hours
Monday to Friday
8-4pm and 11-7pm shifts
1 in 4 weekends, working from home

The Role
You will support customers in German and English via phone, email, and live chat, helping deliver a high-quality, professional customer experience.
What You'll Be Doing
* Responding to customer enquiries in German and English
* Supporting customers with orders, deliveries, and refunds
* Resolving issues clearly and professionally
* Learning product information to give accurate advice
* Working closely with the team to meet service standards
What We're Looking For
* Fluent German and English (spoken and written)
* Previous customer service experience (retail, office, or contact centre)
* Friendly and confident communication style
* Calm and professional problem-solving approach
* Good attention to detail
* Able to work independently and as part of a team
