A highly regarded branding agency with beautiful studios and a strong retail-focused client portfolio is seeking a talented Midweight Graphic Designer to join their team. This role is ideal for a designer with a solid grounding in retail communications who’s ready to take on more responsibility and deliver work that lives in the real world. You’ll work closely with the Creative Director and wider team to create impactful in-store communications, POS, window campaigns, environmental graphics, and supporting digital assets, alongside broader brand identity work. Partnering with strategy and insight teams, you’ll help translate brand thinking into clear, commercially effective creative that connects with customers at every touchpoint. You’ll be involved from concept through to final artwork, ensuring consistency, craft, and attention to detail across physical retail environments and customer communications. Your portfolio will need to show strong retail, POS, and environmental communication work. You’ll be confident managing your own projects, interpreting briefs, and collaborating closely with designers, artworkers, and creatives. Experience in motion design or animation (such as simple transitions, social assets, or in-store screen content) is a bonus, but not essential.
