We are looking for a skilled and dedicated Installation Engineer / Bathroom Fitter / Plumber to join our team and install safe, accessible bathing solutions for customers.

About the Role
As an Installation Engineer, you will travel across the Midlands, Wales, and the North of England, installing our high-quality UDOOR bathing access systems. You will complete installations, carry out maintenance work, and communicate directly with customers on site. This is a hands-on role requiring attention to detail, practical skills, and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
* Install bathroom access and mobility solutions with precision and high-quality workmanship
* Carry out servicing and maintenance of installed systems as required
* Use power tools, including jigsaws, angle grinders, and polishers
* Handle plumbing work safely, including fitting waste pipes and securing seals
* Manage stock levels and complete accurate job documentation
* Travel to multiple job sites daily, demonstrating flexibility and good time management
* Provide professional, friendly service to ensure customers feel safe and reassured
* Follow health and safety regulations at all times
* Maintain a tidy workspace and leave each property clean and ready for use
* Communicate clearly with customers about the work being carried out
What We Are Looking For
* Experience in installation, joinery, or plumbing (highly desirable)
* Confidence using power tools and completing precise, detailed work
* Excellent communication skills and ability to work sensitively with vulnerable customers
* Reliable, hardworking, and able to work independently
* Strong organisational and time-management skills
* Full, clean UK driving licence and legal right to work in the UK
* Willingness to occasionally work outside regular hours
