SIPS Co-Ordinator
About The Role
The SIPs Co-ordinator is responsible for planning and delivering scaffolding and fabric maintenance activities across all offshore and onshore sites within the INEOS FPS North Assets. This maintenance program ensures the safe and reliable operation of the Forties Pipeline System up to 2040+.
The role focuses on coordinating SIPs projects from initiation to close-out, providing technical support to stakeholders as needed.
Daily Responsibilities
* Plan and supervise preparatory and execution works for fabric maintenance and SIPs activities aligned with FPS North strategy.
* Develop and implement a SIPs strategy to meet targets in the North Performance Contract.
* Ensure compliance with legal, site standards, and business objectives to optimize plant operations, integrity, safety, costs, reliability, and productivity.
* Monitor and support the annual SIPs budget, focusing on expenditure verification, accurate forecasting, and cost reduction.
* Coordinate the North Asset Repair Register to ensure timely delivery within target dates, supporting effective work order management.
* Forecast costs for SIPs activities over a 24-month horizon aligned with business and integrity goals.
* Manage change processes to ensure safe and efficient project delivery.
* Plan, execute, and document work scopes following INEOS procedures (e.g., Management of Change, Control of Work, BOLE, WO Management).
Qualifications & Experience
Minimum Qualifications:
* ONC/HNC in Engineering or equivalent experience
* BOSIET, Medical, and MIST certifications for offshore travel
Minimum Experience:
* 3-5 years in oil and gas industry
* Experience in project engineering and asset operations
Skills & Knowledge
* Familiarity with maintenance management systems like Maximo or SAP
* Experience supporting fabric maintenance campaigns offshore and onshore
* Vendor management and project coordination skills
