We are looking for that special someone with great experience working within a Credit Management office-based role. A day in the life of a Credit Controller at PHS Teacrate will involve:
1. Inbound and outbound calls to facilitate payment of outstanding arrears
2. Looking after customers enquiries and payments via email, phone and web accounts
3. Resolving complex queries relating to credit, debt and ledgers
4. Opening new accounts and processing credit checks
5. Collecting aged debt and resolving unallocated payments
6. Taking steps to proactively reduce debt in its early stages
7. Responding to calls and emails in a timely and professional manner
The ideal candidate for a Credit Controller at PHS Teacrate will have:
8. More than 1 years’ experience as a Credit Controller
9. Experience using SAGE and good working experience of using Microsoft packages such as Excel, Word and Outlook
10. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
11. Strong negotiation skills
12. The ability to effectively prioritise in a busy environment
