PPM / General Maintenance Operative - Commercial FM Covering in and around Manchester
Up to £17.55 per hour plus OT at x 1.5 & x 2 + Paid Travel at 1.5
What You'll Be Doing
- Organise and deliver electrical and mechanical PPM, in-line with an agreed planner - emergency light testing, fire alarm tests, water temperature checks, filter changes.
- Ensure PPM compliance is maintained, and all certification and frequencies are met in-line with the planner.
- Deliver great customer service and maintain an excellent working relationship with the clients.
- Hold a good knowledge of Health & Safety to ensure safe delivery of work.
What We're Looking For
- A solid all‑rounder with experience in commercial FM or building maintenance
- A Electrical or Mechanical Commercial qualification (it doesn't matter if you are not fully qualified)
- UK driving licence holder & eligible to work in the UK

- Base salary of £34,403 - £36,504 on a 40‑hour week
