About the role
Your focus as a Care Assistant will be to deliver high standards of personal care, contributing fully to the care team to ensure continuity of services to residents. This will involve assisting residents with their personal hygiene, recognizing and understanding clinical risk areas, and acting courteously towards residents and their visitors. You’ll be part of a close-knit team that values respect, compassion, and a shared commitment to exceptional care.

* Assisting residents in all personal hygiene care to ensure independence, dignity and respect at all times.
* Recognising and understanding clinical risk areas in residents (e.g., weight loss, pressure ulcers, risk of falls, signs of infections) and escalating identified risks promptly.
* Acting courteously towards residents and visitors, respecting the dignity and individuality of each resident.
* Practising safe systems of work across the range of tasks.
