Overview
Full Time – Air Conditioning & Refrigeration (Electrical Bias) required.
Enertech FM are a nationwide M&E provider who currently service a wide range of PPM contracts for established clients on all types of sites to include Health Centres, Hospitals, Buildings, Shopping Centres, Retail Parks, and Commercial Offices etc.
We are currently seeking an Air Conditioning Engineer (Electrical Bias) with a Facilities Maintenance background based in Central Scotland.
The role will be based across Scotland, servicing Planned and reactive maintenance (Commercial), general repairs & installation works. You may be required at times to support other sites, if necessary, across the UK.
We are looking for a pro-active, well organised, self-starter with good attention to detail. The role available requires someone who can work well under pressure and can handle this fast -paced environment and deliver tasks to measured timeframe within a PPM schedule.
You will need to be able to work collaboratively with the onsite team, and external contractors.
Responsibilities
The role will involve servicing planned and reactive maintenance, general repairs and installation work in commercial environments. You may be required to support other sites across the UK as needed.

Requirements / Skills
* Must be C&G/NVQ Level 2&3, Air Conditioning Qualified.
* HVAC experience, desirable, not essential.
* Gas safe, desirable not essential.
* IPAF & PASMA, desirable not essential.
* The applicant should have a proactive approach and be able to work on their own initiative.
* Elements of lone working required.
* Basic handyman skills, desirable not essential.
* The role requires a good level of communication skills. You will need to be able converse with clients/ customers and tenants in a clear and positive manner with a can-do approach.
* Overtime – When required.
Benefits & Conditions
* On Call - 1 in 8, paid £75 for week
* Company Van Supplied complete with Fuel Card.
* Basic Hours – Mon to Fri - 0800 until 1630 (30mins lunch break)

Salary: £38,000.00-£44,000.00 per year
