Your Role Will Include:
As a Graduate Environmental & Quality Coordinator, you will be fully integrated into our operations, taking on meaningful responsibilities while completing program assignments. Here’s what you can expect:
* Environmental and Quality Management:
o Support certification audits (ISO 9001, 14001, 27001, etc.) across EMEA and track action plan implementations.
o Coordinate carbon footprint assessments for each country.
o Assist teams in defining and executing carbon reduction initiatives.
o Maintain dashboards to monitor the effectiveness of environmental and quality initiatives.
* Environmental Sustainability Initiatives:
o Promote eco-responsible principles and practices.
o Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize processes and minimize emissions and waste.
* Communication and Stakeholder Engagement:
o Contribute to client tenders and RFIs.
o Promote environmental and quality policies through awareness activities (intranet, campaigns, quizzes, etc.).
o Regularly prepare and publish reports on actions taken and upcoming projects.
Requirements:
* You must have a legal right to work in the country where the position is located.
* A Master's degree in Quality & Environmental studies obtained within the last 2 years or expected in 2025.
* Business fluent English (oral & written).
* Flexibility and geographical mobility are essential.
* Strong project management and coordination skills.
* Organized, autonomous, and possess excellent interpersonal skills.
* Proficient in Excel and data analysis with strong analytical skills.
