Our Nursery
Join the enthusiastic team at Busy Bees Nottingham Wollaton, an Ofsted-rated Good nursery with a capacity of 109. Our vibrant nursery is dedicated to creating an engaging environment filled with laughter and fun, with expansive gardens and outdoor spaces for each age group. We collaborate with the local library and Wollaton Park to enrich learning opportunities. Located on Bromcote Lane, it is a short drive from Nottingham city centre and Wollaton Park, with convenient transport links. The nursery offers free Jo Jingle sessions on Mondays during term time, and staff have access to free parking.

Key Responsibilities
 * Lead the planning and execution of age-appropriate activities and curriculum in your room
 * Create a safe, stimulating, and inclusive learning environment for children
 * Foster a high-performing team through supportive leadership and collaboration
 * Oversee the development and wellbeing of children, ensuring their progress is tracked and communicated with parents
 * Take on the role of Key Person, ensuring the holistic development and personal care needs of a group of children
 * Ensure health and safety standards are met, maintaining a clean and secure environment
Ideal Candidate
 * Level 3 qualification or above in early years education
 * Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory experience preferred (e.g., Nursery Room Leader/Manager or Practitioner)
 * Strong leadership, organisational, and communication skills
 * Passionate about fostering children’s development and building positive relationships with families
