The heart of the TradePoint counter, you'll deal with all kinds of trade members every day. You’ll take ownership of your TradePoint members, get to know them and their business through great conversations, and be in the best position to recommend the right products and services for them.
What we need:
A great communicator and team worker who can get along with colleagues and customers. You adapt your approach in different situations, build relationships with customers, and have an eye for new business opportunities. You’ll enjoy helping your trade members get great value through promotions and signing up for our trade loyalty scheme. You’re willing to develop your skills through training and learning from others. You’re flexible to work on a rota that includes weekends, evenings, and bank holidays.
