We are proud to be recruiting for an outstanding employer with a sincere work ethic in Dungannon County Tyrone. This is a fantastic opportunity to work with an extremely experienced team in County Tyrone.

Sean Jordan Engineering can take a project from the Architect/Engineers' designs and produce detailed fabrication drawings, structural steelwork fabrication, and erection for projects ranging from simple portal frame buildings to large-scale industrial structures. We have carried out many structural steel projects throughout Ireland and have successfully worked with all the leading consulting engineers in Northern Ireland.

We are looking for a Front of House Receptionist who has a passion for Customer Service and Sales Experience. The individual must have previous experience working in a customer service setting, have some sales & marketing experience, and also be able to advertise on social media.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Schedule: 9-3 pm - Monday to Friday

Salary: £11:50 per hour and negotiable

Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Answer and direct incoming calls from customers
2. Issue bills/invoices for payments
3. Manage and place inventory orders for the many functions of the business
4. Maintain clear and accurate records
5. Listen and respond to customer queries and requests both in-person and by phone or email
6. Liaise with necessary staff
7. Maintain a neat and orderly Front Desk and Reception Area
8. Manage front of house system
9. Update online platforms (website/social media)

Job Requirements:

1. Have Sales Experience
2. Be able to advertise on social media
3. Be polite and mannerly
4. Have a positive, friendly, and can-do attitude
5. Be able to liaise with other team members
6. Be organised and proactive
7. Have previous experience of being able to carry out admin duties
8. Work well under pressure and always up for a challenge
9. Always be looking for ways to learn and improve, and inspire people while having fun and doing the right thing
10. Have computer skills and confidence in using Microsoft Office
