We have a Plumber/Multi Trade position in Preston area, working for a well established contractor within the social housing sector. This position is on going, with a company van and fuel card provided.
As the Plumber/Multi Trade you will be responsible for:
1. Plumbing in sinks, toilets, showers, fixing leaks etc
2. Basic carpentry, patch plastering, patch tiling
3. Working in tenanted and void properties
The successful Plumber/Multi Trade will have:
4. Full UK Driving license
5. NVQ in relevant trade
6. Relevant industry experience
In return the Plumber/Multi Trade person will receive:
7. £18+ per hour
8. Company van and fuel card included
9. Weekly payments (Self-employed payment basis available)
10. On going contract
