Markets Operations Belfast Overview:
Our Operations groups are core to the success of the Markets business. We support a wide range of internal stakeholders including Front Office Sales and Trading Desks,pliance, Legal, Finance and HR; alongside having significant interaction with external clients, playing a key role in the overall client experience.

What you'll do:
The Operations Analyst is an entry level position responsible for processing orders and transactions. The overall objectives of this role is to assist in the allocation and matching of equity cash trades whilst collaborating with the Front Office Sales and Trading teams by provide operational support
1. Provide analytical and administrative support to Front Office Sales and Trading, particularly regarding derivatives and securities transactions.
2. Maintain position records in collaboration with the trading desk assistant and/or trade processing functions.
3. Support trade capture management, front-to-back reconciliation, identify operational risks, and generate trade confirmation and settlement forecasts.
4. Utilize data analysis tools and methodologies to provide rmendations to senior management for process improvement.
5. Design and analyzeplex reports to support/control activities and make rmendations based on identified trends and data insights.
6. Interpret data and rmend new products/services or platform upgrades that support pre-settlement processes and transaction capture.
7. Minimize bank risk and implement solutions to reduce errors, ensuringpliance with audit and control policies.
8. Manage, escalate, and resolve requests, inquiries, issues, and errors, and identify and address policy gaps to streamline processes.
