Responsibilities
:
1. Conduct all daily administrative tasks.
2. Manage and oversee groups such as:
- First Aiders
- Fire Marshals
- Mental Health First Aiders
3. Support the Health and Safety Manager on tasks such as:
- Site and job-based documentation
- Internal communications
- Staff Intranet H&S Articles
- Accident and Incident reporting and investigating
4. Drive and coordinate the Health and Safety Committee.
5. Assist with site and facilities management audits when necessary.
Qualifications
6. Minimum Level 3 certification in H&S, NEBOSH General Certificate – Essential
7. Level 6 Diploma in H&S, NEBOSH National Diploma for Occupational H&S Management Professionals – Desirable
8. Experience with Risk and DSE Assessments
9. Maintenance of H&S Management Systems
10. Approachable, with good interpersonal skills
11. Organised with attention to detail
12. Confidence to advise based on UK laws and regulations
