The Role

As a Lecturer in Plastering at B&FC, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, engaging education to our students. You’ll design and deliver an innovative curriculum, assess student performance, and provide tailored support to help learners excel. Your expertise will equip students with both practical skills and theoretical knowledge to succeed in the plastering industry.


Key Responsibilities

* Deliver engaging, high-quality teaching and assessment to Plastering students.
* Contribute to curriculum development and innovative teaching methods.
* Monitor student progress and provide targeted support to ensure success.
* Support student recruitment, including Open Days and industry events.
* Stay updated with industry trends and digital teaching technologies.
