They are now looking to appoint a Multi-Skilled Maintenance Engineer to play a key role in keeping production running safely and efficiently. This position is focused on maximising equipment reliability and minimising downtime across the site.
Duties
* Carry out both planned and reactive maintenance activities
* Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical faults
* Support production teams to maintain uptime and operational efficiency
* Accurately update maintenance records
* Ensure all work is carried out in line with health and safety standards
Requirements
* Strong mechanical and electrical maintenance experience (mechanical bias preferred, though both disciplines will be considered)
* Manufacturing experience is essential
* Proven ability to work effectively under pressure and manage competing priorities
* Confident decision-maker with a proactive, solutions-focused approach
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
