Cotswold Motorrad is looking for a Trainee Motorrad Aftersales Advisor. Your role We are looking for an enthusiastic Trainee Motorrad Aftersales Advisor to join our dynamic and talented team at Cotswold Motor Group. The successful candidate will have an interest in customer service, enjoy working with others, and have good attention to detail. Full Motorcycle licence is preferred – or working towards. This is an entry level role into our Motorrad department, with internal and external training provided through the BMW Group Academy. You will be welcomed into a friendly, motivated and highly successful team working within a state-of-the-art facility. The successful candidate will be learning the day-to-day tasks of an aftersales advisor which include: Building lasting relationships with both new and existing customers in person and over the phone. Provide a full and thorough ‘Cotswold Customer Journey’ to ensure customers’ needs are thoroughly and accurately met. Handling customer enquiries in person and on the phone. Stock checking and replenishment Picking parts for delivery or collection Booking customers in for servicing and repair work Invoicing of both retail and warranty work Updating customer with the progress on their vehicles, authorise additional work Establishing and arranging customer travel arrangements arranging loan or courtesy vehicle as applicable and applying relevant charges.
